It's a helpful company for the vyapari And they can help to grow in business locally

Work-life is not balanced here.if your getting selected then they will pressure you start of the month and once you will not be able to complete your Target then they will penalt you that will be deducted from your salary, abusive languages they are using foe the sales people and that will be hurting cause we are doing for company and it's to much hard to hear They will fire you immediately once you will not able to do sales in a first month Work life is not balanced...Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
