People here are good and friendly, office politics is minimal, management is approachable at all levels

Compensation and benefits are very low comparing industry standards, management puts pressure in every 2-3 months related to work, rigid work schedules, no flexibility, inter-departmental communication is not smooth.

Work life is not balanced even receive client calls after office hours and holidays else they raise complaint and one will be accountable for that

vritti solution company is very good company and its company culture is very fine but its my falt the company not use my strenth & ability because of i bounded only for retail. i think company should use employee 360 deegree strenth in future.
