Fresher Don't join. This company Lacks in Skill development and learning. Other MNC like Cognizant is far better in providing Skill development. There is no Job security for GET. This year they laid off more than 120 GET without proper reason.

Nothing to like, terminate employee without a reason just because they dont have project and for thus wasting 8 months of fresher's.

Worst company to work for to be honest, They just give you false hope. In first place they told you that your future going to be Brighter because you are part of this organization and all But an fraction of minutes they can terminate you by saying you didn't meet our criteria and when ask they are like there are too many parameter which we think of and we cant disclosed but the main reason is they dont have project. So think before you join they just wasted my 8 month by saying you are going to get a project soon. As well they will keep you on bench but will say there is no bench period in our organization. And terminate you by saying there is no possibility of layoff in our organization so please think wisely before join On 4th of march they just terminate us and that also on teams by taking 15min zoom call and literally force us to give resignation or otherwise they will terminate us and can mention any reason. The company has a very friendly staff and they want you to grow as a get and you have freedoms to learn the way you want. People are always their to help you thats the best thing about this company.

They hire you as a Get and they take your resume details before assigning you to any service line but how they assign you to service line is a mystery, what you have done in the past doesn’t really matter.some of us were allotted service line in development related (people who have no idea about development) and some of us who have a decent track record of development are allotted to non technical fields, which is strange.
