1) No matter how hard you work your appraisal will be very low. 2) No work life balance. 3) No job security, they can kick you out if you are on bench. 4) They will make you work extra hours and extra days but would never pay you for those extra hours. 5) No facilities provided by the company, terrible laptops and internet in the office. 6) They charge their customers heavily but try to hire their developers very cheap and with no benefits. 7) You will always be undervalued here, no matter how hard you work or how skilled you are.
