I was hired on to build business networks for the company in the US market. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen instances within 2 months the management and I decided to part ways. Although brief, the time at Visionet and it's horrible HR head has left me feeling angry and frustrated

Things weren't working out and my services were to end shortly. To my disbelief, i didn't know it would be immediate. Suddenly out of the blue my employee card failed right after lunch. It was beyond embarrassing and shows a lack of basic common decency from the HR head. After repeated follow up with her, i still haven't been told the reason for this abrupt sacking. Never seen such cheap behaviour from a person ever in my life. My final settlement still hasn't come in after 2 months and because she is in the US. 1) No matter how hard you work your appraisal will be very low. 2) No work life balance. 3) No job security, they can kick you out if you are on bench. 4) They will make you work extra hours and extra days but would never pay you for those extra hours. 5) No facilities provided by the company, terrible laptops and internet in the office. 6) They charge their customers heavily but try to hire their developers very cheap and with no benefits. 7) You will always be undervalued here, no matter how hard you work or how skilled you are.
