I have worked in Virtusa for almost 6 years, the kind of environment and work provided is exemplary, the work does get appreciated in the form of top talent bonuses and yearly hike based on your work is too good. Work life balance is provided here and upper management is always ready to listen to your concern and provide the solutions.
