I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's treatment of employees. As a fresher, I was not provided with project opportunities to grow and develop my skills. To make matters worse, the company conducted layoffs without offering any support or alternative solutions. In a shocking turn of events, I was forced to resign during a scheduled call. When I hesitated, they threatened to terminate my employment if I didn't comply. I'm still struggling to find new employment, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. There’s actually nothing to like in Virtusa. Only good thing is an employees who are in projects are allowed to Work from home (but that also depends on the manager you get assigned to)
