Company is good like ambience and friends everything is super .

I have a concern regarding the management at my company, Saudi VFS. Specifically, I had issues with my Operations Manager (OM), Venu Murgan. He would often misbehave and speak to me in a disrespectful manner, making me feel uncomfortable. I considered reporting this to HR, but hesitated since he was my OM and I worried it might affect my incentives and my future in VFS .I hope a higher authority will look into this matter and ensure justice for female employees like me. Venu Murgan would frequently discuss his personal family problems with me, which made me feel like I was there to listen to his issues rather than work. In contrast, our previous OM, Srinivas Sir, was excellent. He was approachable, and if I had any problems, he would help resolve them.I'm sharing this experience to warn other women who might face similar issues with Venu Murgan.I wanted to work in VFS for a long time commitment but just because of Venu murgan sir I needed to leave the office....Read More

VFS Global has given me the platform to learn operations. It has given me the privilege to interact with The Embassy's. I love the cooperation i seek from my collegues and learn new aspects of operations.

There is nothing that i dislike, just wish to seek timely support from other departments like IT and Admin.

Am saba sultana worked as sr.operations officer in vfs i learnde alot good things in VFS am very happy and proud that i was a employee of VFD Global but the managers and HR's behaviour is really worst i think mr.udaya bhanu labala is not worth to fit there as a HR i really request the management to replace him he very rude don't have manners how to speak very bad human if we ask him any query regarding hr things salary and all he will wait am busy come again will speak later am in meeting even follwing up him from months he speak same thing i really dont want the youngster who join VFS as there first job to experience this. It's good company for starting your career. You get good pay. Sat & Sun days even Manager will not disturb you via call or massage. Parties and Picnic Programs regularly.

Dislikes

Company Culture is very bad. Senior Management doesn't care about their employees. Strict timings- You have to report at 7:30 AM and No timings for leaving office It goes upto 11:30 PM. They hire uneducated or unqualified peoples also. So you will not get a good surroundings of Learning.
