HR is for namesake Senior mgmt has been there for ages and hardly any scope for growth st higher levels. No flexible timings Less coordination with overseas teams No transport even when there is a business need and team is asked to stay upto 8 PM. No food court Highly expensive food sold at pantry with less quantity. Weekend work with no guidelines and no compensation Un necessary indulgence in marathons etc No separate ladies wellness room. No mothers room. Overall congested office area with hardly any open space as a lounge or refreshment space. Senior management often seen engaged in fights on the floor.
