I am a backend developer with 7 YOE. My tech stack- Python, django, AWS, docker, Kubernetes 

CCTC- 21 fixed
What should be my expected CTC?

Hi 
Currently I'm drawing a salary of 1050000 fixed from Deloitte india.
Now i got an offer from KPMG global where they offered me 1425000 fixed.

I'm qualified chartered accountant with 1 year of experience in statutory audit at Deloitte.

Please rate this hike or give inputs.

Offer letter - from KPMG

I have got an offer of 34 LPA from TCS and Capgemini .
I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??

Day to Day Office

I’ve been working at a small startup for the past 3 years, with just 3 other employees and my boss. I sit right in front of her, and over time, we became close, almost like siblings. I automated a lot of my tasks, so my work became pretty straightforward...I just input some variables here and there, and I’m done. Over the last year, my boss started asking me how I did all of that, and she wanted to learn it herself. Since we were so friendly, I didn’t think much of it and happily taught her everything I knew. This morning, she sat me down and told me that to cut costs, she needed to let me go and take over my role. She asked if I’d be willing to do a once a year consulting gig to check her work. I didn’t really know how to respond. She said it kindly, so I stayed calm and matched her tone, but now I feel like I’ve made a mistake, and I’m left without a job.

I trained my manager and now she no longer needs me.

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.
