Everybody is friendly, easily reachable and the company has nothing in the name of politics. Working with peers at Multiple locales gives one a good exposure.

Dislikes

This is not in context of just Ventiv, but generally working in a product based company could make one feel stagnant in terms of learning at times, but nothing major to complain about.

Work Details

I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure of 2.9 yrs with ventiv. Given a chance i would like to re-kindle, may be in a different geography.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
