It's my first company where i started my career. I would say what all i am and what i would be in future, this company would be on of the reasons. Simply to say you get much support and encouragement from the Managing Director to explore yourself. A person who pushes you to do instead of just to think and talk.

Not streamlined the merging process and left with no hikes, instead of prorated hikes. which affects financial necessities of employee. Still the two companies managements are talking legacy language yours and ours company in some accepts.

Whatever you shown dedication they will not take care. Even you performed well still they will ignore. They will not consider your extra effort when there is situation of layoff. Please don't join this company as there is no policy for job security. Leave policy are bad. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD. THEY DON'T HAVE COURAGE TO SPEAK WITH THE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT GOOD.
