Honestly, Nothing to like but there's one thing that's good here, For the junior employees ( till 3 years) , there are no layoffs and even if they are in bench for a long time they got salaries and hikes

1. They take projects without even thinking about the time line. They take those for money and kill the employees to complete on time. Asking for less time in initial stages is their fault. And they blame us that we weren't good enough and we are intentionally delaying the work. 2. They don't give OT money even when we work on weekends. They say that they will give but they dont and also it seems that OT money is only basic pay which is the worst. 3. Honestly, the worst management ever. The company was good before the merger. But, after the merger with other company, It became the worst 4. After the merger, we didn't get any hikes for almost 2 years. After 2 years, they gave some hike which is like mustard seeds, not even peanuts. 5. People who are on bench for a long time got promotions and for only few people who are working constantly in project, they didn't get any promotion (few people got) but i don't understand why people on bench got promotions 6. There are no projects so there are a lot of layoffs 7. They make us feel doubt about our skill 8. Company performance is not at all good. Think before you join.
