I did not like this company at all. The work environment here is very poor. Specifically, Manish, who is the manager here, has kept the HR team unnecessarily and does the HR work himself. Toxic culture and Toxic management. HR position and the person refering themselves as HR are themselves good for nothing.

The only support is that, they give salary on time. Otherwise, there is no one to cheer up and motivate you. Didn't get appraisal after 1+ year of work.

Dislikes

If you are fresher than you can go and join. Otherwise..if you want to taste the politics of a corporate office than you can join as per your wish. There isn't career growth. You have to sign the bond of a year or more than that in which you cannot resign, that is terrible.
