Its CEO Manish and Nitin are the worst managers. They put a lot of pressure on every employee and scolded them instead of mentoring them. They deduct salaries for your mistakes. They reject leaves at the end moment. They keep asking stupid questions, pressuring everyone to work for 12 hours daily and even support from home.

I am lucky to have ended up in one of the best projects in Velocity. The best part is that it has more than 7 team members with really good experience level. I as a fresher learned a lot. Although we have been connected mostly online as it is completely work from home. Since I joined last year, I have implemented the backend and have worked upon Amazon, and Royal Mail, Findologic etc, integrations into main system. Worked with velocity for more than 3 years and I had a great experience. I got to learn a lot while working with them which I don't think I could have learnt while working in any MNC. Colleagues and seniors are very supportive. It proved to be a great journey for me.
