Salary is not worthable in salem location. Accommodation was not provided by the company. While hiring they told to give accomodation bt aftr joining they don't care about employees difficulties staff from farther location are struggling reach company. And canteen food also not worthable for the cost. It's very poor and also health problems are increasing due to food quality is not good. Even night nly they provide cabs for AR shifts people bt morning shift women's also needed the cabs bt they won't provide cabs for NON VOICE employees so that we also facing the problems there is no security for us to went home for aftr finishing the work....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
