I am sorry to say but vcare policies are not employee friendly. No leave policy. There is no job security. No growth opportunity, no respect of senior employees. 8 out of 10 employee left the job within 6 months just because of bad behaviour and cheap company policy.. Nothing to like the manager is only looking to hire female employees he is a creep. Multipal complaints were raised in HR by female employees but the HR shrugged it off. Later those agents were fired without any proper reason.
