It's a good organization with great work life balance.

Dislikes

Their pay scale and promotions are pathetic. Employees who've been working there for 2 years are still getting 18k per month. Can you believe it? And same employees get raise of what 2k as appraisal.

Never felt anything wrong from the management decisions and from the advices of managers & TL's, everyone here always thinks about how to make you work on your own than making you dependent. So after working more than 1.5 years I feel more secure & safe working environment here, so it's best to be the part of Vbeyond.
