I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a good organization with great work life balance.

Dislikes

Their pay scale and promotions are pathetic. Employees who've been working there for 2 years are still getting 18k per month. Can you believe it? And same employees get raise of what 2k as appraisal.
