I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Worst work culture, with no support from the management and constant exploitation of their Consultants. Salaries / Rates are also on the lower end, as they pocket massive comissions-sometimes over half of the client budget-leaving consultnat with peanuts. there's zero job security.
