1. Such a poor business team 2. Poor strategies, poor approach 3. They will promise of giving growth but will never do. 4. Senior Manager/AVP of the business team have no knowledge about the market. They only know how to do politics. 5. They will promise you of something, but offer you something else after onboarding and will compel you to do it (especially the AVP of the business team, she loves to do this) 6. AVP of the business team will always threaten you that she will kick you out of the company. 7. They will set unrealistic targets which AVP of the business team herself can never achieve alone. 8. A lot of mental pressure (most of this comes from AVP of the business team because of her arrogant behaviour and trust issues) 9. High attrition rate only because of the bad culture and environment in the team. 10. Everyone joins zyoin and leaves within a year because of bad culture and unrealistic expectations. 11. They will make you do all the other the things as well which are not at all related to business development. 12. Very low compensation, no hikes. 13. Founder himself abuses a lot, he says I'll abuse you and kick you out of the company. I can literally go on and on. Please consider these points if you are planning to join Zyoin's business team. 1. No job security. 2. No access to other job portals. 3. Client management is not great, making things difficult for the recruiters to do their job. 4. Training programmes are okay but not helpful. 5. Promotion is questionable. 6. Would be asked to work on Saturdays most of the time, without extra pay despite the policy of 5 workdays (Monday-Friday) 7. No appreciation for sincerity.

WFH but they will give hell of pressure. You won't be able to concentrate on your personal life. Better not to work.

Dislikes

The management, seniors, I suggest not to join this organisation just for money. They are laying off the employees if you don't have joiners. Now not even crediting the salary on time. Joining this organisation was a wrong turn of my career.
