Colleagues are supportive and soft natured.2 times coffee/tea on desk in a day is good thing here. Hybrid mode is the best feature here. MANTOSH Sir,who is manager is nice person and supportive,both professionally and personally,I met in Isource.

There is pure calling work just like the BPO in the name of Research Analyst.They make you fool and give the work of calling/Lead generation by calling through your own Mobile.They said "Lead nhi aayegi to zero performance maana jayega chahe jitna bhi mehnat kar lo" ghis jayega lekin lead nhi aayegi jaldi kyuki ye data acha nhi detehai upar se paise bhi kaatte hai fixed me se.Kisi ko bhi mai aisi company me jane ko nhi kahuga.PRIYANK TYAGI is very arrogant person.He shouting very much on the floor even when he talks to anyone.HR is also not supportive.They do not understand the genuine problem of any employee.Don't go in this company if you are not interested in sales....Read More
