I am working with one of the best teams of Zyoin. My Team lead and Manager is super cool and they will help you wherever and whenever possible. My manager always tries to spread positivity in the team by her awesome attitude. I feel really good to work with the best team in Zyoin. Zyoin has a very open culture .During this pandemic Zyoin has grown by providing opportunity to work compelety from home and hired people from PAN India. Zyoin has a culture where each and everyone's work is appretiated and been rewarded as well. All quarters cannot be same, As there is up and down in Market...The work Pressure is very high if you are unable to meet the targets and would have to work on Saturday's and if any any quarter is gone will effect your Appraisals.
