Zyoin has a very open culture .During this pandemic Zyoin has grown by providing opportunity to work compelety from home and hired people from PAN India. Zyoin has a culture where each and everyone's work is appretiated and been rewarded as well. All quarters cannot be same, As there is up and down in Market...The work Pressure is very high if you are unable to meet the targets and would have to work on Saturday's and if any any quarter is gone will effect your Appraisals.

My work was slightly challenging as i was working for both IT and Non - IT requirements. But i learned a lot during my work tenure..

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
