Job security is definitely a good part of this Organization. They don't let the employees go easily. Work Culture is good, most of the employees will like it. Management is interactive and responsive. Company polies are overall well defined and balanced, need for improvement in promotional polices.

Overall the organization is very good and good experience for me. It needs improvement in the promotional polies. Promotion should be based on Performance and experience both not only because of work experience. Higher management should recommend performers to reporting managers and should be decided by both of then, Not only at the recommendation of managers.

I work as Executive in Vbeyond. We source the candidates then basic screening and schedule their interview. I work in US Operations

Worst work culture, with no support from the management and constant exploitation of their Consultants. Salaries / Rates are also on the lower end, as they pocket massive comissions-sometimes over half of the client budget-leaving consultnat with peanuts. there's zero job security.
