Top management team working 14-16 hours but they want us to complete work in 6 hours-8 hours then you can leave Very much transparent environment.

I can say its best company to start and end career and I had learnt a lot but due to some other issues I am leaving the job but If all were good then It will be my end company too because I had worked more then 10 years in company.
