ICICI Bank is one of the biggest client for Vara United.You will be handled to ICICI bank manager and they will ask you to work on any project and to fulfill any rolws. For eg if you are deployed to ICICI bank with develpoment profile and once Vara hand you over to ICICI .you may be ask to work as BA and if you deny Vara may ask youto leave the organisation. Appraisal are just 5-7 percent . ICICI bank manager may not treat you properly as you are on payroll of 3rd party.
