They came to our college for placement and took 5 interview rounds. 1. Aptitude and English 2. Coding 3. GD 4. Technical Interview 5. Hr Interview. I have successfully qualified all rounds, they sent me an offer letter but after making me wait for about 1 year to join. They took all the exams again, failed us, and finally rejected us. Making our career hell. Now we all are finding jobs again.

Dislikes

Job security is at the lowest level. After providing the offer letter, they make me wait 8 months for the joining letter. After so many emails they replied at last with a qualification exam in which I failed and they rejected me. This is not only me all of my friends were rejected. This was on campus placement.

I have joined as fresher on March 1st 2022, and they were no projects in the mean time, they want to humiliate employees who are not on any project and who has completed the project and being idle, And on Aug 2st they have laid me off, Don't joint the company, try for other companies, choose this only if you have no other job that too waste of your time.

I have given an interview for this company and cleared all the rounds, also done with the HR call but they didn't provide me a proper update & offer letter for the next 1 month and then told me that position was internally filled. They are just entertaining with the candidate's future. This is the worst company I have ever seen, not going to give an interview in the future also.

Technical Growth is quite good , we can learn many thing if your fresher. Work will be more and learning will be more.

Mostly depends on which project your into, if get APAC Project ,No recognition , No work life Balance ( there are time we worked for 12 to 14 hrs a day), appraisal doesn't depend on individual , Management does not cares for their employees no matter what you need to work at any cost (literally they have changed the meaning of my notice period , They have given me new requirements on my LWD also)....Read More
