Only thing I like about Valuemomentum is the job security

Culture is mostly with respect to Hyderabad. If working from Pune location. You are bound to be either a single or with one other resource. Rest of the folks or team would be from Hyderabad. Working from office is no use since one has to communicate online which can be done from home as well. Appraisals are not based on rating received. Promotion is really slow for kost of the people

Nothing to be liked, worst management ever. Makes employee to do overtime and when the appraisal comes, it all happens to be part of job. No work life balance.

No job security at all they have few old projects which have huge resources and chances of lay off are very very high once you are on bench and more resources are hired for old big projects with no growth or learning
