Nothing is good in this company to continue work.

Dislikes

No safety for women working in late evening. No work life balance. On weekends also manager will ask to come to office for work. Manager will ask female employees to work till late evening in the office and they are not concern about the safety and security of female staff. Lots of office politics very toxic environment to work.

Leadership team is very weak, make decisions without any substantial data points. No logic in why a certain decision has been made. Do not worry about employee satisfaction . Always behind saving cost, which implies they wan to make more and more money and not spend any thing for the employee or the future of the company. The health insurance benefit plan is the worst.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
