Hire and fire working culture Even if you get good hike don't join this company if joined then within 2 months company will issue PIP for non performance and they will fire you and also they will not accept your resignation. I have been transferred to 5 projects in 7 months in different states since I joined the company and all the project closed in a month itself and within 15 days issued PIP for non performance for one of closed project and exited my employment without providing notice period. There are no ethics in working with this company. No proper HR support. One of my colleague was in this company since 1 year and has been transferred to several projects during 1 year of employment and surprisingly he did not get any appraisal and said you did not performed any of the project. If you are an off role employee then be cautious there is salary issue for off role employee who are working as executive and TL position. Never ever join this company for this position. No job security, anytime company may fire you. There is only one successful project in this company is g pay and all the projects are failed projects.
