1. Audit team feedback is taken very seriously by Management. 2. Audit HOD is very driven, appreciates good work and encourage to improve your skills. 3. Annual appraisal is transparent and feedback both half yearly and final is discussed with employees.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

1. Manpower issues. Even a Manager will be required to conduct regular Concurrent Audits along with his Managerial tasks. 2. Lobby works very deep. Few Staff gets more privileges than others. 3. HO is based out of Varanasi. It is like hotbed of politics. Should be very cautious in dealing. Maintain strick professional approach.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
