We have no words for saying about company management totally blind ness. Management culture about employees use and throw. No worries about employee family. Utkarsh yet working like DSA.......baniya naukari JIS EMPLOYEE KO JAISE CHAHO USE KARO..... company moral culture is bottom line. All seniors bad behaviour !!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
