Salary is never on time with lots of deductions. They expect employees to come on time and leave late. They do not respect their employees at all. Salar is always late by 2 months and this organisation is always hiring as their staff resigns after receiving every month's salary.

Working at Utkarsh Foundation has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience nothing but a nightmare. This Organization is riddles with chronic mismanagement, unethical practices, and blatant disregard for its employees. Here is the truth about what's it's like to work here: * Employees are forced to endure financial hardship because the management constantly delayed salaries by weeks or even months. these delays are not accompanied by any communication, and any explanation, and leaving us in the dark and struggling to make ends meet. * The organization shamelessly steals from its employees by deducting amounts from salaries without notice or justification. This kind of behavior is both unethical and illegal. *Taking a single day of leave results in double the pay being deducted from your salary. this is an unfair and exploitative practice that further adds to the stress and dissatisfaction of employees. *The management especially the CEO (Founder) treats employees with utter disrespect. Fostering a hostile environment where valid concerns are made with aggression and unwarranted demotions without any valid reasons. *There is a severe lack of transparency in the organization's operations. critical decisions are made behind closed doors and employees are never inform or consulted on matter that affect them directly. *The leadership consistently manage the work in unethical ways, prioritizing their own interest while disregarding the welfare and rights of their staff. the treatment of employees is unprofessional and unfair. * The HR Department is a mere puppet of the management, completely ineffective in addressing employee grievances. the issues like salary delays and hostile work conditions are either ignored or brushed off with empty promises. *The organization offers no career growth or development. hard work goes unrecognize, and there is no avenue for professional advancement.
