UST keeps values and ethics. They wont allow us to be abused either verbally or in person inside the premises. Also, they ensure our personal work life balance is maintained as well. Manager/Leads have to attend mandatory training to keep up the level and communication to down the layer. Work from home is available.

Dislikes

Plenty of things: 1. Regional Hindu politics 2. Poor remuneration 3. Shows a different face during notice period 4. Even though, there is a value hotline, its not accurate. If we complain for harassment, it'll be leaked to the accused. So, victim will be scared to open up. 5. Appraisal wont be regular. 6. Different laws for people with support from higher management and ordinary employees.

Work Details

I would say, it was not good...not bad...somehow, I survived. But the work culture and learning environment was good.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
