I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

Work life is good and depends on project work life may be vary. Job security is not sure much. Interview processes are very simple there are two rounds one is technical (depends on experienced technology Core Java, Springboot, Microservices) and another one is Manager round and on boarding was very smoothly completed at Virtually.

Dislikes

Management is not good is more on politics and we need to work Indian holidays sometimes.

Awesome Finance team, they are instrumental in settling dues after the employee leaves. even performance bonus was credited after leaving the organisation. very good work life balance no othe company provides unlimited WFH option. Best for Family oriented people who wishes to spend time with their babies or elderly while working at the same time. the company has to improve proper appraisal strategy for the people who are contributing. i wasnt paid appraisals for 2 year despite being billable which forced me to leave the company after all i felt like my energy and efforts are getting wasted. If appraisals are given i would have given 4 stars and if more opportunities are created i would have given 5 stars. apart from this its a great company to work....Read More

no appraisal for billable resources. management doesn't care about attrition they are ready to hire someone from outside paying huge some but not hiking the salary of its employees. seeing employees as head counts instead of valuing their efforts and skills.no vouchers and hesitant approach for paying tech certifications.
