Management is not good at allSalary is not given as much as promised, every time some deduction is made. Salary is given on variable basis, there is no fixed payment.They definitely talk about it being fixed but it doesn't happen. HR doesn't even attend calls at salary time.Whoever wants to join this company, I would say that they should work on third party payroll.But don't join this company. They call working day Monday as sturdy but they also make it happen on working Sunday. Timing will give offer of 8 pts in letter at 11 pm but will ask to work till 11 pm. No leave will be given by the company even if you are sick or someone in your family is seriously ill. They say this is your personal problem I am here to build a team, not a family....Read More
