Due to restriction of RBI under 35A job security is not there at all.Work culture and company policies are good,but due to restriction the pay of employee reduce by 50 %.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
