Good Teammates with good working culture. Adapting new technologies and first to introduce in market. Most of the customers are from royal family of Kingdom of Bahrain. Good performance wille be appreciated public sly and accordingly paid. Even somebody is not performing well, still job is secured but with out any growth. I enjoyed working in the company. No one is satisfied for 100%. I left the company only because of my medical ailments.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
