This organization is very good in PR marketing, they are highly active and well present themselves on each and every part of social media advertisement portal. - Not a suitable organization to work for the control function mainly Credit as you are not allowed to put your concern even how bad it is. - High level office politics, favouritism that top management literally behave like deaf for non favorite members no matter how good you are at work, they actually don't count or care for performance that is the reason they're continue failing in all other products except MFI. During Covid time for 2 years no salary hike and for almost 8 months good amount of salary cut. Constant change in top management, no market studies done before launching product and policy, later they'll blame on poor underwriting and TAT. but Here, old working employee is destroying everything thing by doing differentiations with Subordinate's or New employee. It's a complete sales job where you have to beg for account and FD ,RD,LI,HI everything even Demat.too much pressure from RH/CH they have their targets beyond their expectations. First of all no Brand name,no support from CH/RH they just keep on increasing your targets. I have seen employee crying also.People from other banks join as supervisor and keep their expectations at peek where the ground level employee have to suffer a lot BDE,AM,ET,AAM. previously was good but nowadays it's too much insecureness especially MSME secured vertical.

No work-life balance , once you joined ujjivan MSME vertical you will feeling insecure from day1. No one is care about you even you are doing excellent business. Nowadays using abuse language, shouting, Concall at night just disgusting. But other vertical is quite good .

Bank manager Manpreet Singh Virdi's behavior is very bad. He abuses a lot. He does marketing at 10 in the night. He mentally tortures a lot. He says wrong things to his family members. This is the reason he has resigned.

I am working in the gym sector, there is a lot of pressure here regarding the target and the work, because of this one is not able to live a mental life, the salary is very low, the managers here rise a lot of pressure, do not explain in the right way, due to which they insult themselves, whether you tell anyone or you tell the higher management, it does not make any difference.
