good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and supportive to celebrate all indian festivals and cultural activities and games. Company policies are good and fair .

No transportation facility.

The job is quite interesting and easy! struggled a bit in the beginning as days going on I learnt everything on the job.and going forward I'm capable of handling team and resolving issues individually without senior help.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
