CEO CTO are major very unprofessional and worst. Hold salaries. Uses words like Bewkoof, Ch***ya in a meeting. I will not recommend anyone to work in this organisation.

1. Work environment : No one helps instead they demotivate you. 2.Work Pressure: They want you to work like a 3-yrs experienced guy even though you're a fresher. 3. Playing with imposter syndrome: They make you feel worthless and they make you doubt on yourself on your skills and accomplishments even through you accomplish your tasks. 4. Internal Politics: Seniors try to make you feel dumb so that they can feel confident and to save their jobs. 5. Timings: You have to work 14 hours a day. Otherwise you'll be undergoing PIP(Performance improvement). PIP=NO salary Conclusion: If you want to ruin your career,life,self-respect, and self-confidence then you can blindly join this company. No appreciation for your work, Zero work-life balance, you not able to stick any one technology, as per their requirement they give you new technology you have to learn this technology speedy manner and simultaneously  you have to start work on technology from day1There is no compensation for overtime and no night allowance till 11 PM
