No work culture at all, I was abused (you guys cannot even imagine the exact word), we were seated to give positive reviews during our notice period and if not then our FNF was not generated, because of which ratio of serving notice period and people absconding are same. They got only a single GOOGLE project which will be lost soon as they have a tag line of "Integrity, severity, Innovation". TBH Nothing they possess. Was there for more than a year and have seen many frauds they do to GOOGLE, I even request GOOGLE better to give their project to someone who doesn't have such tag lines but really possess those qualities....Read More

I'm trying to be polite like I always have been, but really these guys have the most worst IT culture and they compare themselves with TCS, Infosys and Accenture like do you guys even are one percent of them? Not at all, I have seen HR ne begging when we resign, asking us to retain and all, but as soon as we say no I am looking for an opportunity they show their true colors 1. Pointing out college, we should have known about your college prior to your joining and should have not selected you 2. We regret to have people like you 3. Most common- people like you donot deserve to be in IT Apart from this more are mentioned below 1. During corona they picturized sympathy and never ever given those policies benefits. (Given to one that too when he lost his life) 2. At the time of appraisal they generate a form of (what could be done good in Tudip) and being honest there hahahaha you will get to have multiple meetings and then your appraisal cycle will be impacted because they will open up each and every history that you got into, this and that you did you joined meeting this late on that day, you didn't worked on Friday. 3. Leave policy was changed after few senior member complaints, else SANDWICH policy hahahahah, pf not generated on time. Also a case was there a guy recorded everything How a lead abused him and shared the recording with these frauds and what they did instead of saying anything to LEAD (since he was the darling of HEAD of department) the was threatened saying we will see what you can do using these recording hahaha. Everything is fine with tudip. People are good and they actually help. No sir/mam to seniors, flexible timings and work culture is good. I couldn't go back to pune due to lockdown declared by our CM and no availability of flights due to which i had to loose my job. But overall, even ceo mam also helps a lot. I miss working there in tudip but this is life and I need to move forward ❤️.

Experience was good. Freshers must join there. Peole helps a lot. I got chance to go to South Africa after working for 4 months. If you do good they will give you chance for sure. I missed jt due to medical problems i had. Workinf in tudip was fun for me.
