Job Summary:

- We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead, plan, and execute strategic marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

- This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Execution:

- Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, from planning to execution and performance measurement.

- Create Project plans, milestones and follow them all the way to execution.

- Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.

- Track and report on key metrics to measure success and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years in marketing program management, campaign execution, or demand generation.

- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Digital campaigns, and brand positioning experience.

- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret marketing data and drive data-backed decisions.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
