When you join this company you will fell like yes this the one I was looking for. But when your training starts and you started giving time then you realise why did you join. They are own there attitude and not helping in nature, politics and they will treat you like you don’t deserve this job.

1. Worst security staff who physically frisk you in & out every time as if you are some smuggler 2. No phones are allowed for associates! What if they have a family emergency? or someone falls sick? No empathy for employees 3. Newly appointed team leaders are rude and waiting to pick on you for every small reason, Management is useless and not helpful 4. Strict working hours in production with no relief apart from having breakfast else you work 9.5 hours shift like a donkey 5. I joined 17 years back, and left in 2011, when it was known as motif, biggest problem is groupism even the girls who were in performance improvement plans (pip )were promoted to team leaders, people like me who worked hard got stuck in csr, so I left the company, to get promotion you need to do boot polishing which I can't do.

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. It seemed like nepotism played a significant role in promotions and job security, which created an unfair environment for employees like myself. I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC. The company seems to be plagued by nepotism, particularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. I liked working in TTEC, it was one of the best work environment I have ever worked. Unfortunately I have to resign due to family issues otherwise I would have spent a good amount of time working there. There were some issues but there were minor as compared to positives.

Majorly my opinion about is TTEC is positive however there are some issues. First, I was not happy with provided training, the training material was guarded as it was a super secret stuff. I struggle with rote memorization therefore I have to revise material multiple times to memorize it but all training was kept on office computerswith no outside access. It was a pleasure working with ttec. Work environment was quite friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Increment and salary package is major concern, that's main reason people leave ttec though they love ttec a lot. Another is leave policy, sometimes difficult getting leaves when required, not aligned with HR policy.

Work culture is pathetic. You are mainly promoted on the basis of how well you can have a rapo with your current TL and manager. The other thing is in Airbnb Process the manager as well as tl's are prevert and only look to promote people who are willing to negotiate with them in some other way

Each and everything. 1. Leave Policy: They don't even provide sick leaves. When asked, manager gives lame excuses like there isn't enough staffing, etc. 2. Favoritism: Favorites of manager only gets to grow. You will not be promoted even if you perform well, only favorites will get the opportunity even though they don't deserve it. 3. Unreasonable target: They provide targets that are unreasonable. Don't even dare to logout before achieving target, else you will be called and asked to complete target by logging in again. 4. Salary and benefits: Very poor salary structure. Even the incentive structure is also poor. 5. Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. THE MOST TOXIC OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD... MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADS DO MENTAL HARASSMENT/RAGGING TO THOSE WHO DO NOT GO BY THEIR LOBBY OR INTERNAL BAD POLITICS.... DURING THE TRAINING, THEY SHOWCASE THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST ORGANIZATION. BUT, ON THE INSIDE IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY HAVE THIS (HARD TOKEN) CALLED PING ID. WHICH THEY WILL MAKE THEM INSTALL IN THE PHONES OF THE JOINEES ON THE VERY FIRST DAY BY DAYING THAT IT IS USED TO LOGIN WHEN/IF YOU LOOSE THE REAL DEVICE. HOWEVER, UPON INSTALLING THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLARY OF THE PHONE, CALLS CAN BE BARGED. HENCE, THEY TEND TO USE IT IN SOME MEANS. THEIR IS THIS MR. TRAINING SUPERVISOR (MR. In area of salary hike increment the policy should be more flexible. As increment is a area of opportunities. And yearly increment policy needs to be changed as an employee joining in the month of January will have to wait for 1.5 yrs for his first increment which is very unfair so basically their should be 2 increment cycle or else the increment cycle should be as per joining date.

Disgusting management who are biased and force you to work even if you have serious health issues. There are no job security in it. Even if you have leaves then also they won't allow you to take it and if you do take it they will mark it as absent. It's a trap and nothing else!

100% job security unless you are unable to reach targets for more than 3/4 months.

Salary is very less. Some of the Agents (same position) who joined with an experience of 1/2 years are getting more salary than the one who works in Ttec for more than 3/4 years.
