In TTEC more importance is given employee satisfaction,innovation,diversity, employees health and safety by having regular health check and COVID tests done every week. Also there are huge opportunities to explore for employees as per their interests technically or domain wise. The policies are very much good and still making much better when any suggestions given to management and always been heard irrespective of who gave the idea or suggestion. As employees can try their hands on any technology or domain or even can try to innovate newly,this company is good for long term and many chances to improve themselves so much more secure as per jobs. Every now and then fun activities,sports,fitness and get-togethers are conducted to maintain the collaboration and coordination within employees across locations and also for fun at work and to relieve from boredom of work from home in this pandemic time.
