Job security is null. They don't even let you serve the notice and just fire you on spot only because you can't move to their job location even if you have genuine reasons like being a new mom just returning back from maternity.

While I am generally very satisfied with my experience at TSYS, one area for improvement is the location in Noida. Compared to Gurgaon, Noida lacks some of the advanced infrastructure and amenities that could further enhance the overall work experience.

Senior management of Noida office is surrounded by an ecosystem full of sycophants who exploit the junior level employees to the maximum extent. Job security is least as recently from management to freshers have been layed off in a short notice of 1-2 days who played vital role in various projects.
