Culture is good but Management decisions are terrible. If you are female employee and you get pregnant you are fired by them by giving stupid reasons like performance issue even if they had not set your goals during initial joining of new hiresdd.

1.) Job Security - The job remains secure as the ratings are not seriously taken in consideration. 2.) Health policy - The recently introduced health insurance is good and should be appreciated. 3.) Politics - We hardly see any team politics here. 4.) Gifts - The company sends a lot of gifts in almost every quarter. 5. I joined this company during COVID time and my evaluation is based on my work experience with respect to WFH mode: 1.) Teammates - The team mates are generally remain offline and they are mostly do not respond to your chats when you need them. Also, there is no concept of team bonding as people are asked to work in silo mode. 2.) Training - There are no provision for trainings as such and even if there is any training session planned by company, this will be provided for a handful of resources. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.) Appraisal - The appraisal are not always fair</mark>. Honestly, if you are in good books of manager, then you can expect good year end ratings. Travel - 4.) Learning - There are materials available to enhance your functional knowledge but you will never know about them as no one will ever tell you. 5.) Work Environment - The work environment is just like any other IT company. So, do not expect anything unique here. 6.) Innovation - The company is least bothered about innovation. 7.)
