Excellent Work culture and growth opportunities. Management works really hard to keep the team happy and satisfied. Company tries their best to give ample opportunities to the employees to grow in the way the employee want to. Overall I am very happy with the company.

It has been almost two years since I joined the company, but still I am unable to find anything to mention. Maybe they can do better in keeping the work life balance but still comparing to other companies I feel like it is worth working in Tsys.

I love my job till now. Sometimes it is hard for few teams to maintain work life balance but most of the teams are able to maintain it. For teams which are frequently involved in installs and production activity it is bit hard but still it's manageable.

Lot of low level politics. Manager don't know what technology you are working and still gives you ratings promotion and growth. The management really sucks. Especially pune office. Please don't join. If you resign without any prior notice they will raise a issue that is behavioural and performance. Please if you want to move ahead or grow in your career. Do not join this.

Very bad . They can hire and fire any time. Even without giving you prior notice. The management in india is really bad. They don't care for employees. They only do care for managers. Even if you are a low performer but you are ready to be slave then join
