Recently, some higher members are being hired from service based companies, which is kind of ruining TSYS culture. Now, micromanagement, politics and screwing of people is visible. However, it depends on which team you are working.

Excellent Work culture and growth opportunities. Management works really hard to keep the team happy and satisfied. Company tries their best to give ample opportunities to the employees to grow in the way the employee want to. Overall I am very happy with the company.

Dislikes

It has been almost two years since I joined the company, but still I am unable to find anything to mention. Maybe they can do better in keeping the work life balance but still comparing to other companies I feel like it is worth working in Tsys.

Work Details

I love my job till now. Sometimes it is hard for few teams to maintain work life balance but most of the teams are able to maintain it. For teams which are frequently involved in installs and production activity it is bit hard but still it's manageable.
